Just finished a bowl of this for supper.
Take a smoked mackerel filet.
Tear up some romaine or greeleaf lettuce.
Cut up two green onions, a couple of radishes, 1/2-c of carrots, and 1/2-c of celery.
Add 1T of dill relish and 2T of English or Dijon mustard.
Mix and consume.
Takes 10 minutes at the most.
